It is the established policy of John Heaney (Electrical) Limited to provide its customers with goods and services which comply in all respect with the agreed requirements and which are fit for the purpose intended, as understood by the Company. This includes all customer quality, reliability, safety, contract specification and statutory requirements.

In consequence the company operates a Quality Management System designed to meet the requirement of BS EN ISO 9001 : 2000

Awareness and adherence to this policy involves every aspect of the Company's business and all of its employees, who are expected to develop and maintain an attitude of continual quality improvement within their respective work areas.

The Company acknowledge the right, when contractually agreed, of Customers Representatives to reasonable access to all parts of the Quality System including any relevant documentation pertaining to work being carried out by any of the Sub-Contractors, on behalf of the customer.

As part of the Quality Policy, the Projects Director has the responsibility and authority to develop,
co-ordinate and monitor the implementation and effectiveness of the Company Policy.
