DESIGN & INSTALLATION
John Heaney (Electrical) Limited has designated workshop facilities for Control Panel Manufacture, capable of designing and building quality control panels, to suit your timeframe and budget.
All control panels are meticulously inspected and tested within our workshop, prior to dispatch. There is no limit to what we can build with panels ranging from basic motor control to complex automated control systems.
We have full in-house facilities for the design and programming of P.L.C, touch screens and H.M.I.’s. Our internal AutoCAD facility marries to our design team and can produce the drawings, schematics, and relevant documentation for your build.
With a dedicated install team, we can offer stand-alone drive installations to full turnkey projects. From initial site surveys, design, installation and right through to commissioning and project handover, we have the solution to meet your every requirement.
On-site erection, installation, customer training and commissioning are carried out by fully qualified / certificated personnel who can also offer post-contract maintenance support where required.
We have a support team of engineers on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year to cover your installation and breakdown requirements and minimise the impact on your business because of breakdowns.
