Polymer Coatings are thin layers of polymer applied to a surface, and has little or no impact on the safety or mechanical strength of the product, making polymer coating a perfect choice for mechanical longevity. Polymer
coatings provide outstanding protection against the elements which means they can be used to protect machinery and parts in harsh environments.
Furthermore, polymer coatings have strong UV resistance to prevent colour fade.
We have grit blasting and painting facilities within our workshop which allow us to blast clean the interior of pipes, tubes, flues, pump casings, volutes, impellors etc. This removes stubborn millscale, rust, carbon, coke, paint etc. The cleaning action leaves the surface free from dust, abrasive and contaminants ready for the application of long-life
coating systems.
This can be done to all pumps and gearboxes.
